Locks of love

The pretty college student and I were chatting about John Boehner (Speaker of the House) being the speaker at her graduation ceremony. Then I noticed her hair had been cut since the last time we spoke, so I asked about it. And she told me about Locks of Love. This is the second time she's grown out her hair for others. Quietly and beautifully doing something for others.

I don't want to be egotistical about this, but. . .

We always know what's coming next, don't we? Something egotistical.

This fellow, who was about 100 lbs overweight, was comparing himself with a pro-athlete--and of course, he could do it better. He was also eating a very large breakfast while discussing his athletic abilities. He was with a very kind and patient friend.
